Home -> The City -> Beaches and Bathing Areas
On May 1, the beaches of Palma are opened, to the uses and in the schedules, that allows the state of alarm by COVID19, at all times.
Palma City Council is aware of the interest in and importance of its beaches, and due to the ever-increasing demand for information from both local residents and visitors, we have made this digital information service available, where you will be able to find complete and updated information on the beaches in the Palma area, in an easy to use and rapidly accessible format.
Cala Estància, Platja de Palma, Ciutat Jardí, Can Pere Antoni and Cala Major are beaches with Mediterranean characteristics that are easily accessible from the city with modern amenities. You can enjoy the crystal clear waters that make Palma an ideal destination for seaside activities and unforgettable holidays all year round.
You can also visit any of the 8 bathing areas, however, please note that no permanent life-saving service is available.
