Playa de Palma is situated approximately 4 km from the historic centre and is the largest beach within the municipality of Palma. The beach is over 4,600 metres in length and 50 metres wide. It is located between Palma and Llucmajor.

The beach avenue has been recently refurbished, that has made the area more calm and placid. The Playa de Palma has one tourist office that provide services to tourists and residents.
