From the 1st of April, National citizens of third countries on long-term residence in the autonomous region will be able to benefit of the travel discount.

From the 1st of April, 2013, apart from Spanish citizens, members of the European Union or citizens of the others signatory states of the Agreement of the European and Switzerland Economic Space, National Citizens of third countries, long-term residents who identify themselves as residents in the autonomous community can benefit of the sea and air transport discount.
The Residence certificate for travel can be obtained in person in the OAC, on the Internet usisng a digital certificate, DNIe or citizen card.
