Citizen Card
The citizen card works, to individual title, to pay the urban Palma bus, with limited tariff and without need to take cash, like identifier for the Palma residents to obtain the residence certificate for trips and to gain access to the Bicipalma service.
Also those who are not residents in Palma, but they have residence in the Autonomous region of the Balearic Islands can enjoy the civil card that will be issued free of charge.
Where to request it
- In person in the Offices of attention to the citizenship of the Town hall of Palma or in the Customer service office of the EMT

The Town hall of Palma has an agreement of Citizen Card with 25 municipalities of Majorca, the residents of these must go to its respective town hall to request it. Municipalities list.
The first emission of the card is free, the second restorations and following motivated by loss, theft or deterioration for bad use, there will be an object of application of the valuation for emission of card, in fulfillment into of the fiscal ordinance and of public prices of the Town hall of Palma (6,39 €), except after two years from the expedition of the last card.
