The procedure for the Management of the Demand for Municipal Services establishes the methodology for the management of complaints, suggestions, demands and congratulations submitted by the citizens and by the municipal staff. Besides, it also determines the methodology adopted for the management of observations and non-compliances detected in the System as well as those that have been detected during the course of audits. The management tasks are carried out via the implementation of the DMS system (Demand for Municipal Services)
