Charter of Commitment of the Beach Service

Palma City Council has implemented a quality management model based on continuous improvement that will enable us to adopt new methods for the provision of a better service to the citizenship, in both a more effective and efficient way.

The quality management consists in knowing what is demanded by the citizenship, in providing the demanded services and improve these services on a continuous basis. 
 
Among the initiatives envisaging modernisation, Palma City Council has set itself a strategic objective: the implementation of charters of commitment as tools for communication and service quality improvement.
 
Hence, the main mission of this Service Charter is to spread the service commitment assumed by Palma City Council in order to meet the demands of the citizenship, to follow up the degree of compliance of the commitments assumed and to communicate the results obtained.
