The Palma Town Council implements a quality management model that is based on ongoing improvement and which encourages the adoption of new methods designed to serve the town's residents more efficiently and effectively.
Quality management in this instance consists of being aware of what the town's residents demand of us and offering continually improving services adapted to their needs. Among other modernisation initiatives, one of the Palma Town Council's strategic objectives is the implementation of Declarations of Intent as a means of both improving communication and guaranteeing service quality.
The principal objective of these Declarations of Intent, therefore, is to both define and make public the service commitments which the Town Council adopts in response to the needs of the residents and to monitor and publicise the level to which these commitments are upheld.
